Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Ann Arbor, MI. Expect to start around 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

You will load materials, travel to homes, install showers/baths, and ensure a clean, professional finish for customers. Qualifications include a high school diploma/equivalent, basic hand and power tool skills, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone for system logging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing — or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
