Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Bartender for Gymkhana at ARIA in Las Vegas. You will craft cocktails and beverages, upsell products, and deliver high-touch hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of bar experience, strong knowledge of drinks, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with benefits and employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with liquor, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic offerings.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar.
• Knowledgeable about menu items, brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, and submit daily reports.
