Gymkhana at ARIA, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking an Apprentice Bartender. You will support the bartender, keep a polished bar, and deliver guest-first service in a lively hospitality environment.

The role requires 21+ and 1+ year relevant experience; starting wage is $16.06 per hour plus the opportunity for growth and access to employee dining, parking, and benefits as part of MGM Resorts' rewards program.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as an apprentice bartender or in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender with drink preparation, garnishes, and setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure proper stocking, labeling, and delivery of beverages and supplies.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide attentive service and address guest inquiries promptly.
