Job summary

Gymkhana at ARIA in Las Vegas seeks a bartender to deliver an elevated bar experience with strong product knowledge and polished service. You will guide guests through drinks while maintaining a clean, organized bar and providing memorable interactions.

The role requires 21+ and 2+ years in a bar environment, with a starting rate of $18 per hour. Duties include training staff, inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Two years of experience in a bar or similar environment
• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
• Ability to train Apprentices and Bar Porters

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
• Clean equipment, maintain bar cleanliness and appearance
• Ring beverages, handle cash and submit daily reports
• Provide training and mentoring to junior staff
• Maintain bar inventory and par levels
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
