By anticipating guest needs and creating meaningful interactions, you will help deliver the high-touch hospitality and memorable experience expected at Gymkhana and ARIA.**THE STARTING RATE:** $18.0005/ Hour **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed* Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar* Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections available* Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork* Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending* Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar* Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft* Perform other job‐related duties as requested**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Is 21+ years of age* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.* High school diploma or equivalent.* Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment.
