Las Vegas, NV — MGM Resorts International is seeking an Apprentice Bartender for Gymkhana at ARIA. You will support the bartender, help maintain a polished bar, and deliver guest-focused service in a lively, high-energy setting.

The starting rate is $16.0555 per hour. You should be at least 21, have a HS diploma or GED, and bring 1+ years of related experience if possible. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of apprentice bartender experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes and garnishes.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance.
• Maintain stock of items and products in designated work areas.
• Set up, label, stock and deliver beverages, supplies, glasses, and garnishes.
• Clean equipment and glassware; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift.
• Provide high level of guest service and respond to inquiries.
• Escalate issues to management or Security when needed.
