Job summary

Abacus Staffing is hiring Show Set Installers to install themed elements and show-set components in various environments. The role requires experience with carpentry, construction, installation, rigging, FRP, and metalworking, with pay based on experience.

Installer levels include I, II, and III with hourly pay ranges and responsibilities that build from basic installation to advanced rigging and carpentry. Weekly pay and a safety-focused environment are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of field installation experience.
Ability to read and understand written procedures.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/8".
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
Must supply personal carpentry hand tools.

Responsibilities

Installer I: follow safety guidelines; use hand/power tools; assist with installation; equipment maintenance; site cleanup.
Installer II: read blueprints to plan installation; assist with rigging; inspect and store rigging equipment; use rigging hardware.
Installer III: perform Installer I & II duties; advanced carpentry and installation; work with FRP, metal components; assist with complex installations; coordinate loading and placement of materials.
