Qualifications

• Hands-on construction or field-installation experience.
• Experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts, or forklifts.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch or 1/16 inch; basic blueprint literacy.
• Comfort with reading procedures, sketches, and construction drawings.
• Safety-conscious and able to work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install themed, scenic, architectural, and show-set components.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Measure, cut, position, align, and secure materials and components.
• Assist with carpentry, FRP, metal, lath, and backing installations.
• Read and follow written instructions and drawings.
• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Assist with rigging, staging, loading, and moving materials.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and rigging before use.
• Follow safety requirements and communicate with the team.
