Greystar is seeking a team-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and market appeal of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and amenities. You will clean common areas daily and ensure show units stay ready for leasing opportunities, assisting in make-ready tasks as needed by the Service Manager and Community Manager.

Role requires mobility, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a valid driver’s license for on-site golf cart use.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform housekeeping tasks daily.

Responsabilités

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily as directed.
• Ensures all vacant homes and targeted show units are market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in the make-ready process with duties requested by management.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or potentially dangerous situation.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re-orders are needed.
