You will ensure market-ready condition by routine cleaning and quick refreshes throughout the day, supporting make-ready tasks and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market-ready with freshening throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Notifies supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and updates re-orders as needed.
