Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated maintenance/housekeeping team member to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and amenities across properties. You will maintain market-ready show units and assist in make-ready tasks as directed.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25-50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays with opportunities for comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant homes daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market-ready by daily refreshment.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by site management.
• Notifies supervisor of hazards or safety concerns for residents and staff.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and signals re-orders when needed.
