Responsibilities

• Show homes and highlight features and benefits.
• Spend ~85% of time showing homes.
• Conduct preliminary sales calls by phone.
• Send Thank You notes and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare sales contracts, including taxes and payments, and run credit checks.
• Meet residents and buyers to list and sell homes; maintain a database.
• Collaborate with resort, regional, and sales managers on plans.
• Build resident relations through ongoing communications and service.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
