Equity LifeStyle Properties in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales and Rental Associate to drive business for our resort community. You will show homes, conduct outreach, and help clients through the purchase process with skilled communication and strong customer service.

You will prepare contracts, run credit checks, manage payments, and coordinate with managers to execute community sales plans while maintaining resident relations and high standards of service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show homes and highlight features of the homes and community (about 85% of time).
• Conduct preliminary sales calls by phone and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare sales contracts, run credit checks, and calculate payments.
• List and maintain a database of homes; collaborate on sales and marketing plans.
• Foster resident relations and provide courteous, respectful service.
