Responsibilities

• Selling, processing, and closing homes in line with business plans.
• Showing homes and highlighting features and community benefits.
• Spend about 85% of time showing homes to potential buyers.
• Administrative duties, records, and timely follow-up with customers.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive marketplace and community options.
• Maintain daily traffic records and send thank-you notes to prospects.
