Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties in Venice, FL is hiring a Sales and Rental Associate. You will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to attract buyers to the community and will spend most of your time showing homes and presenting features. You will also handle agreements, follow-up, and client communications to close sales.

Strong customer service, sales skills, and teamwork are essential. Weekend work is required and a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Proven history of success in customer service and sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sales and marketing plans to drive business to the community.
• Show homes; 85% of time spent showing homes.
• Sell, process, and close homes per business plans. Run credit checks and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain timely follow-up with customers from initial contact through closing.
• Develop knowledge of local market, competitors, and demographics.
• Track daily customer traffic and send thank-you notes with follow-up.
• Handle administrative tasks accurately and on time; manage priorities.
• Attend rally meetings to review sales and marketing strategies.
• Meet residents/buyers to list and sell homes; maintain listings database.
• Collaborate with Community Manager/Regional Managers on sales plans.
• Participate in regional campaigns and community events.
• Build strong resident relations through ongoing outreach and service.
