Job Responsibilities

Prepare all potatoes, vegetables, and hot appetizer items. Ensure food preparation, cooking methods, procedures, and timing meet Ruth's Chris standards for quality and specifications.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean work station and adhere to FDA and health code requirements
  • Strong team player with high standards of hospitality
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Stand and move efficiently for up to four hours
  • Bend, kneel, reach, and squat frequently
  • Effective communication skills
