Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in freight rail, transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Working knowledge of railroad operations, interchange processes, customer service, and commercial business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with short line railroad partners.
• Coordinate day-to-day commercial and operational activities with partners.
• Monitor service performance and address issues to improve network fluidity.
• Engage with industry organizations and participate in partner meetings.
• Assist in coordinating response during service disruptions and escalate risks.
