Holland America Line is seeking an Shorex Inventory and Operations Specialist to develop destination-based guest programs, manage tour inventory, and support shipboard operations across the seabourn brands.

The role covers inventory negotiation, data integrity, and seamless guest communication, with hybrid work and benefits including cruise privileges and health plans. This position requires strong vendor coordination and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipboard or hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MXP/database and Polar experience preferred.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and solve problems under deadlines.
• Flexible with shifting priorities and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, audit and negotiate tour inventory and manage waitlists.
• Manage Shorex Repository, MXP, and related data with compliance.
• Coordinate itinerary changes with vendors and shipboard teams.
• Provide guest and travel agent updates for changes.
• Act as liaison with call centers and internal teams.
