American Cruise Lines, the largest USA-flagged cruise line, seeks an Excursions Director for the 2026 season aboard our ships. You will manage shore excursions, transfers, vendor communications, and serve as a brand ambassador with guests, ensuring exceptional experiences.

The role requires long hours and high guest interaction, with opportunities to coordinate with hotel managers, Cruise Director, guest speakers, and Resident Entertainers to enhance shore programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, confirm and adjust shore excursions and transfers.
• Be well-versed in cruising region, ports of call and excursions offered.
• Accompany guests on daily excursions as a brand ambassador.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, coach companies and ground operators.
• Promote on board sales and loyalty program.
