This role demands energy and creativity, with long hours and strong teamwork. You will work onboard 6–8 weeks at a time, supported by a competitive daily rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• TWIC credential.
• Strong public speaking and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate multiple excursions.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm all shore excursions and transfers.
• Be well-versed in ports of call and excursions offered.
• Accompany guests as company representative and brand ambassador.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and ground operators for on-time service.
• Promote on-board sales and brand loyalty programs.
• Inform crew of daily excursion offerings and changes as needed.
• Oversee excursion inventory and invoicing; manage related systems.
• Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel.
