Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or shore excursions (shipboard experience required).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP systems.
• Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a luxury-mindset approach to service.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing port operations.

• Support shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services.
• Ensure seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or shore excursions (Previous shipboard experience is required.)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP systems.
• Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a luxury-mindset approach to service.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing port operations.
• Valid passport and C1/D visa (or eligibility) preferred.
