dunnhumby, the global leader in Customer Data Science, seeks a Shopper Insights Consulting Director to join Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will be a trusted advisor for retail and CPG clients, using insights from our data platform to deliver value, ROI and client satisfaction.

In this role you will work with Walmart Merchants and top CPG partners to place the customer at the heart of decision-making, own and develop client plans, and lead a team through strategy and recruitment while

Qualifications

Mobility to be based in Bentonville.
Client facing or stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge of customer insights and consultative approach to selling.
Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management: assortment analytics, customer insight analytics.
Accountable for all categories and CPGs within business unit.
Responsible for team management / strategy/ structure and recruitment.
Team career development plans and performance reviews; commercial responsibility / strategic initiative identification across SBU.
Identify new revenue streams.
Own Senior level CPG & Merchandising relationship.
Own DV account director relationship.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor for retail and CPG clients, delivering value and ROI.
Develop client plans using data platform insights.
Collaborate with Walmart Merchants and partners to align customer-centric decisions.
