dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Client Lead to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will be a trusted advisor to retail and CPG clients, using customer insights from our data platform to deliver value, satisfaction and ROI.

You’ll work with Walmart Merchants and their partners to place the customer at the heart of collaborative decision making. Bring 3–4 years of CPG/retail experience, SHOP/ShelfReview and category management analytics, plus strong project management.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of CPG, Merchants or Retail experience.
• Experience with SHOP/ShelfReview and category management analytics.
• Strong project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Walmart retail and CPG clients to drive client value and ROI.
• Develop and own client plans using customer insights from our data platform.
• Collaborate with Walmart Merchants and partners to place the customer at the heart of decision making.
