Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a hands-on Shopify operator to own daily storefront operations and continual optimization of our online store. You will manage product catalogs, collections, metafields, promotions and apps, while driving site performance, SEO, and on-site content improvements.

You will own analytics and reporting using GA4 and Shopify Analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions. The role requires a detail-oriented, multi-priority approach and hands-on work with Shopify admin, apps, and theme

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a Shopify storefront in a DTC environment.
• Hands-on with Shopify admin, app ecosystem and basic theme edits.
• Solid SEO fundamentals and comfortable with GA4.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Daily store operations - product catalog, collections, metafields, promotions and app management.
• Site performance and optimization - page speed, Core Web Vitals, CRO and UX improvements.
• SEO and on-site content - metadata, structured data, product descriptions and landing pages.
• Analytics and reporting - GA4, Shopify Analytics and regular performance reporting.
