Job summary

GORUCK seeks a hands-on Storefront Operations Lead to own the day-to-day health of our Shopify storefronts at Jacksonville Beach. You will manage inventory, launches, and PDP quality, and automate routine tasks to keep the catalog accurate and conversions strong.

You’ll configure Shopify, oversee Skio subscriptions, and ensure multi-store currency/VAT readiness while collaborating with ops, logistics, and creative. This role emphasizes practicality and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience owning a Shopify store with launch volume and consequences when it breaks.
• Tech-fluent but not a developer; comfortable with bulk edits, CSV imports, app configuration, and basic Liquid.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize, sequence tasks, and communicate actions and rationale clearly.
• AI-native: using AI for reporting and bulk catalog work to improve efficiency.
• Local: on-site in Jacksonville Beach.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Catalog: Own stock levels, restocks, launches, and sell-outs; keep products, variants, tagging, and collections organized.
• Launch Readiness: Ensure every link in the go-to-market chain is ready before activation on Shopify.
• Product Pages: Build and publish PDPs; set the standard for ready-to-launch content.
• Subscriptions: Own Skio configuration and subscriber experience; keep recurring orders running.
• Shopify Configuration: Manage theme settings, apps, and store config; minimize breakage during high-traffic drops.
• Automation & Reporting: Build automated store health views for leadership.
• International: Maintain .eu/.uk with currency, VAT, and regional availability.
• Merchandising & CRO: On-site search, related tests, page speed, technical SEO.
• Ad Tech Infrastructure: Wire Shopify to marketing tech stack and ensure data accuracy.
