Job summary

GORUCK is seeking a hands-on Storefront Operator to own the day-to-day health and performance of our Shopify storefronts in Jacksonville Beach, FL. You’ll keep inventories accurate, ensure launches are clean, and set the bar for ready-to-launch product pages while automation reduces manual work.

You’ll manage subscriptions on Skio, configure Shopify theme settings, and coordinate with ops, logistics, and creative to guarantee a seamless customer path across multi-store and EU markets.

Qualifications

• You have owned a Shopify storefront with launch volume and understand what breaks when it goes down.
• Proficiency with CSV imports, app configuration, and basic Liquid; know when to involve a dev.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Catalog: Own stock levels, restocks, launches, and sell-outs; keep products and collections structured.
• Launch Readiness: Ensure every link in go-to-market chain is ready before activation on Shopify.
• Product Pages: Build and publish PDPs with standards for ready-to-launch content.
• Subscriptions: Manage the monthly Skio subscription product and recurring orders.
• Shopify Configuration: Own theme settings, apps, and store config; maintain stability during high-traffic events.
• Automation & Reporting: Build automations and a recurring health view for leadership.
• International: Maintain .eu and .uk currency, VAT, duty display and regional availability.
• Merchandising & CRO: Own collection sort logic, on-site search, PDP/cart testing, page speed, SEO.
• Ad Tech Infrastructure: Tie Shopify to marketing tech stack for accurate measurement.
