As Shopify POS Launch Lead, you’ll be the face of these rollouts, working with enterprise retail teams to audit current store operations, refine SOPs, configure in-POS workflows, and drive go-live success. This hands-on role blends on-site collaboration with travel, requires aligning hours to ET/PT, and demands

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail systems rollout, POS implementation, or store operations enablement.
• Hands-on Shopify POS / POSOS experience and understanding of its constraints.
• Proven track record leading multi-store rollout with on-site training and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & process definition for rollout projects.
• Shopify POS configuration and setup.
• Training & change management for store teams.
• Rollout execution & hypercare support.
• Coordinate with Technical Architect + Engineering (without owning the build).
• Hardware support (light) for POS rollout.
