Job summary

Mavi Jeans is seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Platform Manager to own and evolve our Shopify Plus ecosystem across six North American storefronts representing four premium brands. You’ll combine deep platform expertise with strong business acumen to continuously improve the customer experience, identify new platform capabilities, and help scale high-growth ecommerce brands.

Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce, you’ll own the ecommerce platform roadmap, manage our external Shopify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Shopify Plus or another enterprise ecommerce platform for a consumer-facing brand.
• Deep Shopify Plus expertise including themes, apps, integrations, checkout, and merchandising.
• Proven track record of managing platform roadmaps, features, and digital initiatives.
• Experience managing external development agencies or technical partners.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management, backlog prioritization, sprints, and releases.
• Experience evaluating ecommerce technologies that support growth and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for ecommerce and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify Plus ecosystem across six storefronts (US & Canada) with a best-in-class customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a strategic platform roadmap balancing new functionality and optimization.
• Evaluate evolving Shopify capabilities and recommend enhancements for customer journey and ops.
• Act as the internal Shopify expert guiding feasibility and scalable solutions.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with the Shopify development agency, defining projects and priorities.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment, including QA and releases.
• Coordinate feature development, bug fixes, and platform enhancements with priorities and dependencies.
• Document projects, communicate priorities, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Drive enhancements and integrations to improve CX, efficiency, and business performance.
• Monitor site performance, Core Web Vitals, uptime, analytics, and trust.
