Job summary

Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the performance and evolution of the Shopify Plus website. You will drive the roadmap, coordinate with Marketing and the Executive Office, and ensure a high-converting customer experience aligned with brand objectives.

You will lead site optimization, manage the app ecosystem, analyze KPIs, and oversee QA, content updates, and merchandising accuracy to prevent revenue loss and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ecommerce management with ownership of site performance.
• Deep Shopify Plus experience and ability to manage a sophisticated ecommerce environment.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of the Shopify Plus storefront.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technology, Operations and Executive Office to launch initiatives.
• Lead site optimization, A/B testing, and ongoing CRO across the customer journey.
• Triage issues, QA deployments, and ensure smooth checkout and promotions.
