Job summary

Wing seeks a Shopify Operations Manager to lead remote e-commerce operations. You will oversee the Shopify store, manage inventory across SKUs, forecast restock timing, and improve SOPs with Notion as the central system.

You will supervise a customer service team, track KPIs, and coordinate with factories and logistics to keep orders moving. This fully remote role offers UK hours and a salary up to $7K/month plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Ability to build SOPs and improve workflows independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the existing CS team, monitor response times, handle escalations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast restock timing, liaise with factories, and manage logistics.
• Update inventory for SKUs and variants, check order status, and provide tracking info.
• Manage Notion workspace, develop SOPs, track launches and campaigns, keep projects on schedule.
• Report weekly KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Shopify Operations Manager

And we’re looking for a Shopify Operations Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Team Oversight & Customer Service: Manage the existing CS team, track response/resolution times, and handle escalations, refunds, and exchanges. Identify missing SOPs and improve FAQs and automated responses.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, and forecast restock timing. Liaise with factories, oversee production timelines, and manage logistics for stock arrivals.
• E-commerce & Shopify Management: Update inventory for SKUs and product variants weekly, check order statuses, and update customers with tracking info (they use Parcelwill).
• Operations & Systems: Manage the Notion workspace, build and improve SOPs, track launches and campaigns, and keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Reporting: Manage weekly KPIs and reporting to ensure the team is running efficiently and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting.
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager. Someone who can build SOPs, improve workflows, and work without supervision.
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team.
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication to liaise directly with customers, factories, and internal staff.

Schedule: 9AM to 6PM UK Time | 40 hours per week, Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to $7K/month
