Job summary

Travelpro Products, Inc. is seeking a Digital Commerce Operations Partner to support day-to-day management of our Shopify Plus stores across geographies.

This role helps optimize site performance, execute web projects, and ensure smooth operational continuity to hit revenue and KPI targets. With 1–2 years in ecommerce operations, you’ll work closely with the E-commerce Platform & Operations Lead and the DTC Leads, handling order management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating an ecommerce website, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• High proficiency in Shopify Plus store management.
• HTML, CSS, and web design experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support for multiple Shopify Plus instances across geographies and their associated teams.
• Assist with website copy and design updates including landing page development and new on-site features.
• Support web projects across multiple internal departments and external vendors, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
• Monitor orders daily and work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to address fraud alerts, chargebacks, and delayed shipments.
• Flag and elevate operational issues proactively to minimize customer impact and revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with DTC Leads and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce Operations to optimize site performance.
• Serve as a reliable operational resource for internal stakeholders across the eCommerce function.
