Job summary

Jonathan Adler is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator (Shopify) to support daily operations of the online store, with hands-on Shopify experience and a focus on product listings, promotions, content, and performance reporting.

The role is hybrid (Mon–Thurs onsite at NYC HQ in SOHO; Friday WFH) reporting to the Director of Ecommerce & Marketing, with salary in the $60k–$70k range. Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ecommerce experience, ideally within a Shopify environment.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP and Pivot), reporting tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Shopify admin, themes, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Store Management: maintain and update product listings, descriptions, SEO tags, images, inventory, and pricing; ensure data accuracy; coordinate with developers or apps.
• Content & Merchandising: assist with merchandising strategies to maximize conversion, AOV, and engagement.
• Inventory Coordination: monitor backorders and clean up disco or sale items.
• Marketing & Promotion Support: QA email campaigns and digital catalogs.
• Analytics & Reporting: prepare daily reports with insights for leadership.
• App & Tool Management: assist with merchandising strategies and app coordination.
