Job summary

Jobot is seeking an E-Commerce Product Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to own Shopify storefronts and connected marketing tech. You’ll work directly with the CMO to translate business needs into practical digital improvements and guide projects from discovery to launch.

You will manage the ecommerce backlog, perform hands-on Shopify updates, and collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and DevOps to deliver measurable improvements in conversions and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce product ownership or marketing technology.
• Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus experience including apps, themes and integrations.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting processes, and managing a backlog.
• Ability to translate business input into clear requirements and priorities.
• Experience applying AI tools to development, documentation, or testing.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and friction points; define practical opportunities.
• Turn ideas into documented workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and organise the ecommerce backlog balancing new features with maintenance.
• Perform hands-on Shopify updates and configurations; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with DevOps on estimates, dependencies, and releases.
• Improve navigation, product discovery, and checkout across journeys.
• Ensure data tracking is accurate for reliable measurement.
