Job summary

Seeking Health LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize our Shopify-powered storefront, driving our $17M DTC business with an education-first approach. You will lead CRO, site performance, merchandising, content, and analytics, collaborating with Marketing, IT and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience that educates and converts.

The role manages one direct report and emphasizes revenue growth, education, and mobile-first experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands‑on ecommerce experience managing Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance at DTC brands.
• Strong technical proficiency with Shopify (Liquid, apps, theme customizations).
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and customizations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion optimization tools (Hotjar, VWO, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, A/B testing methodology, and data‑driven decision making.
• Project management skills coordinating multiple initiatives across technical and creative teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own our Shopify platform including technical aspects, app integrations, theme customization, and site performance.
• Lead CRO and continuously test and optimize every step of the customer journey from homepage to checkout.
• Partner with design to create intuitive, educational, and conversion-focused experiences; champion mobile-first design.
• Strategically organize and present our product catalog with educational content and cross-sells.
• Collaborate on site content, landing pages, and SEO best practices for performance and education.
• Monitor key ecommerce metrics and use analytics tools to drive insights and action.
• Execute promotional campaigns and manage discount codes and banners.
• Manage one direct report, providing mentorship and development.
• Work with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Service to align business needs with execution.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends and test new apps, features, and AI personalization.
