Job summary

Dollar Shave Club in Durham, NC is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to own product setup in Shopify Plus, manage pages/listings across DTC, marketplaces and retail partners, and drive promotions with QA checks. You’ll apply AI tools to copy, data cleanup, and QA while maintaining high data accuracy and performance insights.

You will analyze heatmaps and session replays to identify friction, support CRO efforts, and report on reviews and inventory risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ecommerce merchandising, ecommerce operations or site management.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with product setup, collections, promotions and data.
• Use AI tools in day-to-day work with QA checks.
• Attention to detail across product data, pricing and launches.
• Data tools: GA4, Tableau or Power BI; heatmap/session replay basics.
• SEO experience with SEMrush or similar tools.
• Autonomous and able to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Product Setup: Create and maintain products in Shopify with variants, bundles, tags, metafields, pricing and imagery.
• Pages and Listings: Keep product pages accurate across DTC, marketplaces and retail partner sites.
• Promos and Launches: Support promotions with QA checks on pricing, links, imagery and availability.
• QA Checklists: Define QA checklists and standardize processes for launches.
• Automate the Routine: Build and test AI tools and automations for product setup and QA.
• SEO and Content: Use SEO insights to improve product copy and listings.
• Friction analysis: Analyze heatmaps/session replays to spot issues and support CRO.
• Reviews: Monitor reviews and bi-weekly reporting on ratings and volume.
• Inventory Watch: Monitor inventory and flag out-of-stock risks.
