Job summary

Bioworld Merchandising, Inc. is seeking a Digital Commerce Technology Specialist in Irving, TX to support and enhance our digital commerce ecosystem across Shopify, Amazon and other marketplaces. You will work with E‑commerce, Marketing and Tech teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes data, AI and automation, with collaboration across internal engineering, data & AI, ERP/PIM, and external partners. A strong foundation in Shopify and marketplace operations is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail, e‑commerce, digital commerce or related tech role.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA or marketplace ops.
• Solid understanding of products, SKUs, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns and digital customer journeys.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; comfortable with data, AI tools and business users.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations and web technologies; able to troubleshoot issues and manage technical partners.
• High ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and improvement of Bioworld Shopify sites and related commerce tech.
• Collaborate with Amazon and E-commerce teams to resolve marketplace issues.
• Create reports using internal AI, data and analytics capabilities.
• Train business users on AI, reporting and self-service analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring commerce reporting and processes.
• Coordinate issue resolutions with Digital Engineering, Data & AI, ERP/PIM teams and vendors.
• Translate business needs into requirements and validate releases.
• Coordinate website accessibility/ADA, privacy and site governance with Security and Legal teams.
• Monitor site health, performance and third-party apps; maintain docs.
• Build cross-functional relationships and contribute to the commerce roadmap.
