Job summary

Bioworld Merchandising in Irving, TX, seeks a Digital Commerce Technology Specialist to support and optimize our Shopify and marketplace ecosystem. You will work with Ecommerce, Marketing and Tech teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements, with a focus on data-driven commerce insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail or digital commerce, strong Shopify experience, and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, E-commerce, Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in retail or e-commerce experience.
• Hands-on Shopify experience and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and FBA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable with data and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of Bioworld Shopify sites, apps and related commerce technologies.
• Partner with Amazon and E-commerce teams to resolve product, inventory, order, and marketplace issues.
• Use internal analytics and AI capabilities to create reports and identify insights.
• Help business users adopt AI, reporting and self-service analytics tools through training.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive commerce reporting and processes.
• Troubleshoot platform/integration issues with cross-functional partners.
