Job summary

Rebellion Fabrication is hiring its first dedicated HR Manager to own employee relations, investigations, and day-to-day HR on the shop floor in Wahoo, NE. You’ll work alongside the President, a recruiter, and an executive assistant to build structure while doing the work required for success.

This on-site role focuses on execution: coaching supervisors, managing 90-day onboarding plans, and handling post-incident investigations, workers’ comp, OSHA records, and postings.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or construction HR is valuable.
• Ability to walk the shop floor and engage with skilled trades.
• Willingness to build process while performing day-to-day HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own employee issues start to finish: investigate, document, close.
• Train and equip supervisors to lead performance and accountability conversations.
• Ensure follow-through on conversations; elevate gaps to Operations when needed.
• Partner with supervisors to build 90-day onboarding plans for new hires.
• Own post-incident investigations, workers' compensation claims, and OSHA recordkeeping.
