Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations required.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience with corporate-level event planning preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between WarHorse Gaming properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential, timely, objective workplace investigations.
• Address employee relations concerns involving conduct, policy violations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Partner with managers and HR leadership to resolve complex issues.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, policies, and performance concerns.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation related to investigations.
• Conduct regular meetings with assigned business units to identify concerns and provide HR support.
• Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with management and Team Members to improve relationships, morale, and retention.
• Support Team Member counseling, exit interviews, and related processes.
• Coordinate with the engagement team to strengthen communication between Team Members and leadership.
• Plan and execute quarterly Team Member events and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with annual holiday events, anniversary events, and recognition programs.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
