Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives on the shop floor and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture.

The role requires translating regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable controls for safe production and continuous improvement, with onsite responsibilities across shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements and compliance.
• Experience leading EHS programs with manufacturing operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory standards into practical controls.
• Experience delivering EHS training and coaching at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site EHS programs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Coach employees and leaders on safe work practices on the shop floor.
• Support procedures, standards, and work instruction development.
