Responsibilities

• Package gaskets and prepare materials for shipping.

• Perform UPS shipping, organize boxes, and prepare products for truck deliveries.
• Get certified to operate forklift and lull (company provided).
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform physically active work: walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-minded Shop/Yard Team Member to join our hardworking team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves a little bit of everything—from packaging gaskets and preparing shipments to yard work, equipment use, and even learning to weld. Key Responsibilities

• Package gaskets and prepare materials for shipping

• Operate tools and equipment (training provided; see tool list in shop memo)

• Assist with yard work, general shop tasks, and equipment maintenance

• Perform UPS shipping, organize boxes, and prepare products for truck deliveries

• Get certified to operate a forklift and lull (company provided)
