Trilogy LLC is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the disassembly, testing, and reassembly of low complexity equipment, ensuring top-notch mechanical maintenance for various machines and trailers. Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, test, and reassemble low-complexity equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform mechanical maintenance on trailers and mid-sized equipment such as skid steers, front-end loaders, etc.
• Complete and maintain accurate test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure components are cleaned and organized after assembly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Assist with the rig-up and rig-down of equipment in field applications when required.
• Engage in continuous learning and assist with more advanced functions as part of your training.
• Perform heavy manual labor, including lifting parts and equipment weighing over 75lbs regularly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with equipment cleaning, painting, and repair.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and components regularly (up to 75lbs).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to complete required reports accurately.

Physical Requirements:

• The position involves standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment regularly (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work in both a shop and field environment, including outdoor conditions when necessary.
