Job summary

Sonsray is hiring a Shop Technician in Thatcher, AZ to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment across construction and agricultural sectors. You will work with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems, following OEM procedures and keeping thorough service records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical experience, preferably with construction or agricultural equipment service.
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Welding and structural repair experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards.
• Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
• Focus on safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Job Title: Shop Technician
Location: Thatcher, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $27.09-$37.68 hour DOE

Position Summary:

As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment and machinery. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all equipment is working efficiently to support daily operations.
