Job summary

SONSRAY is seeking a Shop Technician in Bakersfield, CA. You will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and related equipment, delivering quality repairs in a shop setting. Join a growing team with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include diagnosing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems, documenting work, and maintaining a clean shop. Prior welding experience and OEM procedures knowledge are pluses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with heavy equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards.
• Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Job Title: Shop Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $28 to $48 an hour depending on experience

Position Summary:
Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.
