Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience, preferably in construction or agricultural equipment service.
- Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards.
- Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.

Job Title: Shop Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $27.09-$37.68 hour DOE
Position Summary:
As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment and machinery. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all equipment is working efficiently to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving:
- Engines

- Electrical systems
