Job summary

Sonsray is hiring a Shop Technician in Santa Fe Springs. You will perform service maintenance for CASE construction machinery in shop and field environments, focusing on quality repairs and reliable operation.

The role requires 5-10 years of mechanical experience with construction equipment, strong diagnostic and repair skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of mechanical experience in construction equipment preferred.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Skilled in safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform service maintenance and quality repairs on CASE construction machinery and related equipment in shop and/or field environments.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Perform structural repairs, including welding, per OEM guidelines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is returned to optimal condition.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Follow OEM procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.

Job Title: Shop Technician

Salary Range: $28 to $35 hourly- depending on experience

Position Summary:
Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE construction machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on Construction Equipment in the shop and/or field environments.

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Skilled in the safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to perform duties both in shop and field environments as needed.
