You will receive, pick, package, organize, and prepare materials for scheduled jobs and service calls, coordinating with field representatives, fabrication personnel, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery.

This hands-on role focuses on inventory coordination, safe warehouse operations, and supporting cost-tracking for invoicing.

Position Summary

We're seeking a dependable Shop Support Specialist to join our Fabrication and Shop Support team. In this role, you'll receive, pick, package, organize, and prepare materials for scheduled jobs and service calls while working closely with field representatives, fabrication personnel, superintendents, and internal departments to support timely jobsite delivery.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, shop, fabrication, service support, construction, or material handling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of sprinkler systems, equipment, appurtenances, materials, and service-related support needs preferred.
• Training related to warehouse safety, material handling, fabrication support, inventory, or jobsite delivery coordination preferred.
• Experience reviewing material requests, backorders, catalogue cuts, information sheets, delivery needs, service documentation, or jobsite requirements preferred.
