Shop Supervisor Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience operating and repairing tractor (Class 8) and trailer (air brakes).
• Management or supervision experience preferred (minimum 3 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL A preferred.

Primary Job Duties and Expectations

• Manage daily shop activities and schedules.
• Ensure effective inventory management.
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Develop safe and efficient solutions to support growth.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Train, coach, and supervise shop mechanics and parts support staff.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper safety equipment use.
