Shop Supervisor Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience operating and repairing tractor (class 8) and trailer (air brakes).
• Management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license; CDL A preferred.

Primary Job Duties and Expectations

• Manage daily shop activities.
• Assign work schedules and workloads effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory management.
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Develop safe and efficient solutions to support growth.
