Shop Supervisor Requirements

• 3 years' experience operating and repairing tractor (class 8) and trailer (air brakes).
• Management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license; CDL A preferred.

Primary Job Duties and Expectations

• Manage daily shop activities.
• Assign work schedules and workloads effectively.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Develop safe and efficient solutions for growth and success.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Train, coach, and supervise shop mechanics and parts support staff.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes.
• Provide feedback on shop activities and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including safety equipment use.
